Introducing myself and help ID'ing a plant.

Hello everyone, my name is John from Liverpool. 30 years of age and recently I have discovered a new love and appreciation for the fruits and vegetables of mother nature.

I have began to grow some plants as a hobby in the last 2 months, and seeing them develop in such a short amount of time, after taking care of them is a nice rewarding feeling.

The reason I joined this forum is to help ID a plant I have been growing. I have checked the thread sections and couldn't find a appropriate place to post, so I figured I would post it alongside my introduction.

My daughter planted a seed whilst at school, and brought it home in a clear plastic drinking cup, since then it's needed rehoming into 2 bigger pots. Little buds have began to form and I am just curious to know what is growing inside.

Any help or knowledge would be appreciated.

What else have you grown
I planted some blue flower seeds out of Wilko's but I forget the name of 'em now๐Ÿ˜‚ As you have probably already guessed I am an absolute novice, hopefully once you lot are done taking the piss out of me I might start learning a thing or two from this forum ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Nice Callendula ( pot marigold) you have there. I'm sure that will provide alot of pleasure for you once the blooms emerge.

I know it's called Planttalk but you would think that at least it would look through forum a bit before making themselves look a prat unless its only 1watt
