running gear looks very good on it .... can't work out what the rollers're for on the extending legs ..... almost like it runs/rolls/slides on tracks/cables?
plastic ribbed pipe welding perhaps .... rollers in the saddle carriers are below the frame edges ...... 's a weird one for sure
