Interesting Dutch beavertails and mini artics

We had this thread on the old forum, so I thought id start it again here.

It kind of follows on from the Iveco daily thread abit to as Mini Artics got mentioned.

This page also gives info on what setups are possible on what license etc. In theory it should be the same in the UK right?

That was the idea, or so I thought, but in reality our lot will over complicate it, interpert the rules as stringently as possible then add some extra just to be awkward. When you travel round Europe, especially southern Europe, loads of things we are not allowed to do here and are stricktly enforced seem to happen there anyway. I've not been to places like Rumania, but guys I know who have just can't believe their eyes as to how relaxed everything is.

bit uphill reading with Googleator ..... but interesting, especially the mini artics and the 7.5s with trailers ... always thought the limit on them was 4.5t with a loaded tow vehicle .... don't think I'd want 8t behind an empty 4 t tow truck .... no matter how good the brakes were
