Who are folk using?
Quotes ive had this year for the digger and couple of tractors are nuts?!😖
Any help with pickup insurance would/ policy for everything would be good too. Having a fair performance to get the Hilux insured either daft prices or just refusing!! due to so many being stolen across the country 🙃

JCB insurance for the plant.

Fleet and commercial for the vehicles.

Nissan NP300s are the worst for theft apparently. Along with Defender doors. God knows why the Chinese haven't started making them yet, they are such a simple part?

I pay £450 a year for my NP300 so if that's the case I wouldnt say It was overly reflected in the premiums. Insurance cos are just taking the piss though at the mo. My PL and some of the diggers are done through Cornish mutual who are refreshingly easy to get hold of at least but have jumped up alot this year.

do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
used to find my fleet policy which covered all my vehicles (cars, van, trucks, cranes and FLTs) for biz use and included a set of trade plates, was the cheapest way to cover everything
also gave brilliant cover - could get in anything, anywhere and be covered, whether mine or not

Lv for the ranger still expensive but was the cheapest and for the first time in how many years have got driven other vehicles third party.

Machines are on a separate engineering policy as few years back couldn't get the cover I needed was either all return to base or not enough cover amount.

Machines and public liability both through fsb.

There's a membership fee for fsb and I've not used any of the other stuff that's included but the engineering policy has always been £500+ cheaper than JCB
