my old V8 90 had a great heater and me Mazda equipped 110 did too. Can't say I'd disagree on SIII,s though .... had rad constantly blanked unless it was gonna be grunting
I've never had a series 😕 tempting these days with avoiding all the tax and ulez bilge!
The only v8 I've had was my dad's 3.9 RRC that I ran for a few weeks before it went for scrap at 180,000 miles 😢 even with leaky heads, a coil spring conversion 🤢 and a knackered body it still had a proper luxury wafting feel to it. He did Hertford to Glasgow in it every November for 5 years, in the early hours basically non stop apart from chucking a tank of petrol in it around Carlisle. He put 100000 hard miles on it in 6 years 👍👍

I had a classic historic RR on a J plate (1970) ... chassis no.0000- 964 from its first and only owner .... even at that age it was a very nice drive :giggle:

Wish my ranger did 35mpg, cracking mpg if your Navara is getting that.
@Smiffy must have been the V8 that I read was not coming to Europe?
@Monkeybusiness the tge are smart but the 4x4 only has a 3t tow capacity and cannot be uprated
I can get 36 on a run doing 65ish in mine
Would like to delete the DPF but could cause trouble at MOT time:( i've roller shutter and stock tyres, 27/28 average is non motorway or towing.
Have canopy on mine but is a manual like I said motorway i can get 36 mpg but usually around 31ish

those jag motors love LPG .. flap valve or hot wire inlet? got an ECU for one of them here somewhere  same as the range rover, but don't use two of the injector triggers on the hotwire set up ... lovely choice of motor that .. always fancied trying one in a 90 ... had a motor sat ready, but Gaucher's beat me :(:censored:

ideal tool for you Dan
They are a bit limited for most tree work in reality - not much height (only 13m) but more importantly not much outreach. They are designed for working on overheads where you can usually park directly below what you need to reach - with trees you want a MEWP stood off the job ideally, as it just becomes another target on the ground to avoid otherwise.
I’d still buy it though and give it a try if it’s not rotten - it can tow a chipper which is unusual with these as the parked basket is often in the way of a towbar. Handy tool for utility cutting.

110s are too short for this kind of thing really, all the weights over the back, look how it's sitting. A big lecy board spec hydraulic winch and bumper would help, but if its not a 3500kg model (I believe they stopped making 3500kg 110s a couple of years before and they stopped production, as it was too hard to get the front axle to take its fair share of the weight... although that might just have been hard tops) then it might be close enough to its gross weight as it is??
Shame it's not a 130 as its got the Foley style extended cab.
Doesn't seem a great buy to me, but it could be for the right person 👍
