Thankyou so much for finding that i looked and came up with nothing like it and having no name on it does not help,it may strain the the old grey matter fitting it
well let's hope it's the right/same thing ...
I'd have a look at tracing your sensor back to the box of tricks to see ....
could always wire it back to std ...
When doing Lil' Jake, I could well have wired the immobiliser out, once I'd gotten into it, but having bought a new unit, I went with installing the new one, as it was just as easy/much effort to do.

one thing I did used to find with the 'Wing was that the sensor, which lives 'outside' / exposed to the elements, used to get a surface film/crud build up and occasionally needed a bit of a fettle to get it to sense the key .. never failed to sense eventually though.
although that link I put up for the new / old stock unit is for a bike, I can't see as a little cunning couldn't make it work ... they are after all just a box of tricks to kill
