I've used Jcb live link lite on my old machine and had it transferred to the new one however, at £420.00 to swap it from on to the other I thought it was enough money being as both machines were side by side, got the same on the 8018 from new, approx £100.00/yr subscription fee.
Gives me geo fence, start and movement alerts for what I need its good enough, did have and unit off Tracker, s**t system with equally s**t support from Tracker.

I bought a second hand caravan (I promise I’m not a pikey!) with a Tracker system already fitted - the old owner gave me all the paperwork etc to transfer the system into my name (his subscription still had the best part of a year already paid for). I phoned Tracker and they wanted a million pounds to transfer the details into my name - I asked them to tell me where the caravan was at that moment which they couldn’t/wouldn’t/didn’t. I didn’t bother with them after that!!!

I did the same as you. Once I realised how much they wanted to rob me of, just for the privilege of putting it in my name! Let alone the ongoing charges, I decided not to bother. Robbing barstewards!

yes but you are getting a service for that fee. NFU reduction offset the cost for me so its neutral in ££ terms. But I now know if that plant moves an inch I will know about it and can find it.

I must be missing something or following the wrong link all I get is 114 for the unit then a monthly subscription or 1 year up front payment

I’ve had a couple of decent cars that had trackers fitted. Neither reduced my insurance when I asked so never bothered activating them.

Tore the one straight out of my rx7 when I got it, either no change in premium or not enough to offset cost.
