Ifor williams - tarmac chutes

Ive got a TT126 ifor williams tipper, got a few jobs where it would be good to just tip it up and put it into wheelbarrows instead of having a machine load into wheelbarrows

Google search didnt really through up much any ideas where i could buy a new rear door with chutes? OR is it worth asking a local fab company?

My g/w said this.. i said ill just bring some sleeper off cuts

You can tip it into a line of 3 wheelbarrows across the back with a steady hand on the controller depending on which tyres you have you might need a couple of bits of sleeper to drive the back axle onto to get the back up enough

Yes that’s always an option, getting the trailer up or the barrows down, in a hole or off a kerb.
But a TT126 tips very close to the rear of the chassis, so even if you can get it high enough then you can’t really get a barrow under it. Any extended chutes would only make the height issue worse I think.

With the heavy steel high sided body, there's probably less than half a ton payload. Add the obligatory chrome bullbars (250kg) and the massive sun visor (50kg), that only leaves 200kg, which is barely enough for one fat pikey scumbag, let alone a whole nest of them.

Earrings prob weigh a bit as well...just been and trashed local park. Bust the barriers and drove onto the grass and set up camp. Can't make it up.

I was having the same thought after having a few jobs where I was shovelling into barrows.

Surely you would have problems getting a wheelbarrow under that.
The reinstatement gangs round here that want to use a trailer for tarmac have auger unload ones to put wheelbarrow under
