The distance A is slightly less than distance B, so depending where the weight is inside the unit, it’s under balanced before the tow bar at C is added, I’m guessing this has hydraulic raise and lower kit so more on the front, but if you have an onboard waste water tank at the rear it may be more balanced.

No it’s nose heavy they build a lot of these so have it figured I guess. Mine towed fine behind the rock but bouncy side to side had 90 psi in tyres might stick some better tyres on it.

Vans are also much more stable than a pickup, especially if twin wheel.

A ladder hitch and assistance airbags are pretty much essential to safe towing of a variety of trailers in this country IMHO. There’s no standard hitch height and getting it wrong can be catastrophic, especially as we have shitty overrun brakes as standard. Electric would be so much better.
