Looks like an 80s thwaites 7000 3t dumper to me . That looks like a lister 3 pot engine .
@JD450A will be along to confirm at some point . He’s the go to dumper guy.

couldn't get a replacement seat for that so machined one up on the D,S&G -- still going fine AFAIK
