Poor bugger - sounds horrendous
aye Kev ... you'd not want a repeat performance .... but I had shite teeth --- know why -- now!

Mother had all hers out at 14

after 8 weeks without any, healing and hardening, I was eating pork scratchings

... then had a new set of teeth made by a very good local dentist ... and thought OMG what have i done ...... was like a mouthful of rocks ... thought i'd never get used to it ... a week before starting my final teaching practice for a term

..... I got used to 'em eventually ...
were supposed to be a temporary set, for 6 months, whilst my gums continued to heal/harden/shrink, but were so comfortable I had them maybe ten years or more ... next set, by the same guy lasted another ten years or so and the current ones have got to be pushing twenty years old ... still as good as the day they were made .. the dentist has long since retired.

any one with placcy nashers whos says they can't eat this, that or the other, 'cos ....... either ain't trying or they have a crap set of teeth ... I'll tackle anything ... except really sticky toffees or Wrigleys ... stick me teef together.
A mate once swapped a std Wrigleys into a freedent wrapper (special non stick gum for denture wearers) - took me bloody aaaaaages to get the damned stuff off me teeth

..... he thought it was hilarious
