It's about time they were registered and insured like every other road user, same goes for horses, all this " we have equal rights to use the road " no problem, you'll need equal registration and insurance like every other road user! Makes them accountable for their actions, they'll suddenly become a little less arrogant about everything when they realise that there could be repercussions.

Racing is the issue imo. The odd one pissing about isn't to bad it's when you get a whole gang flat out and the come round the bends 4 abreast flat out. Get a load every Tuesday night. I'm sure that's illegal ? Had a few near dos and loads of potty words from them. Twats

Are we thinking the same about CYCLISTS!
I'm all for getting out in the fresh air and enjoying the countryside but when you're trying to get along a narrow road with the truck and bloody cyclists's don't jump out your way it can be a right PITA.
Especially with the cost of the fuel to get back up to speed once you've eventually got by.

What I don't understand is why when there are thousands of acres of public access forest behind where I live, do they choose to ride on the road.
Nice forest tracks Vs dodging cars and breathing exhaust fumes. Its dangerous and being morally right when they ride isn't going to make them any less dead.

And when you do eventually get by inevitably just round the corner they'll be temporary traffic lights and you have to do it all over again 😡
