Not a very good way to get his point across in today’s wet-wipe society but it looks like he’s trying to get a bunch of lazy mongs to actually do their jobs to me…Genius. Back in the day….
I thought the same. Not a very good way to get his point across in today’s wet-wipe society but it looks like he’s trying to get a bunch of lazy mongs to actually do their jobs to me…

Agreed ...nothing better than a scouser who's pocket is taking a hammering to get slightly agitated though...white powder may or may not have played a part...Can see both sides of the arguement, but im sure there’s a better way of working the processes rather than just saying rush and get it to the next stage as quick as possible. Glad I don’t do any site work as I couldn’t be doing with someone like that preaching to me each day!
I think we can have an opinion on his behaviour with being the problem. That would have been unacceptable thirty years ago.It sounds like they have been taking the mickey and he's on the final straw. All the comments on the video are a joke. If you get offended by the swearing I think construction might be the wrong place for you. And if you can't see the problem he's having you probably are the problem.

I was on a job back around 35 years ago and the agent was A young chap who thought he could shout things better. The more he shouted the more we dug our heels in to wind him up. I’ve seen a few times where you have these characters and the minute their bosses either move them on or tell them to wind their necks in, co-operation and efficiency suddenly improves.TBH I have heard the same rants, fraises and what not countless times. It's unprofessional in terms that it won't work will have zero effect and get peoples backs up. But it's far from being unique. And whilst it's gone about in completely the wrong way to get people motivated, it does sound like it is born from genuine frustration.
