my old man's technique to stop a biker was to touch their back wheel with his front bumper ..... not many failed to stop after a touch from a jam sandwich apparently ... most were only too pleased to slow down to a halt after that

The police are a total joke. Utterly utterly pointless.
(They’d have pulled an otherwise law abiding rider over with the wrong sized number plate to administer a fine though).
