They are by far the most horrible hitches I’ve ever used.
The only people who use them are HE as the same guy owns both companies. Who in their right mind would use 100mm solid pins on a bucket for a 13t machine?
Yeah Hugh Edeleanu...HE svs,better than they were few years back but omg on 22m long reach there a fkn nightmare

When I was driving it had to be flat out or you was no good and up the road

Go and watch an hs2 site. I think I'm yet to see a machine doing any work.
And it's not to save the hirer. They want to reduce clock hours for resale.

As a side not natta have had the 2 speed tracking and the power setting disabled from a lot of their machines

The old ones that had the two retracting pins were a nightmare. I stopped using HE because of those. Only gone back since the changed the design, but even on a 15m long reach they are a nightmare, so 22m will be even worse.

Yeah had 210 long reach ofwith auger on hs2 took delivery driver few goes to pick up auger,that's someone who does them all the time shows what a faff on they are
