goes to show nothing is new ....
late '70s, south of England had a chariot racing scene ... didn't use bikes though .... 4 mini wheels abreast on an axle, with a small engine (usually a tuned mower engine) sat above them driving the axle with this lot fixed by a pivot to the shaft of the chariot .... the ozzy scene looks to have been a LOT more fun
