Daewoo make one too. Local contractor has one see it around the roads and always think it looks a bit odd. Like the undercarriage/chassis/wheels are proportionally too small.

That’s it ! Volvo make one as well . Ones been on hire in my village for the last year and that’s what got me interested . They do look odd but could be a handy tool !

No real experience of any of them really, put a Tiltrotator on a little Doosan, which I think are the same or very similar to the Hyundai. It handled the Tiltrotator well to be fair.

I also tested a Volvo in the dealers yard with standard hitch and bucket which felt stable to me, was a big bucket and hitch too.
With a proper matched tilty id say it would be grand

The EW65 would be a great machine.

Maybe the fastest of them too as I think they are 30k

Apparently the engine is a 2.4 L DM02VB Hyundai engine .

Always thought they looked handy for local work where you needed more than you could tow behind a pickup if you don’t have your own lorry transport. I would have thought they would be very competitive pricing quick jobs you could road to. A bit like people used to do with a back hoe loader before sites became so tight and health and safety didn’t like you shunting about in live traffic on road works.

I’d like to think the same but I fear the reality is a 2.8t would still work out cheaper. If you need more muscle than the 2.8t can do in two days then you hire in a proper size machine on tracks.

Can’t forget about being able to have all your tools/creature comforts in the truck too. There’s more to that kind of local work than just the machine size. And I bet roading that duck would be very painful indeed.
