Next picture will be of an E10 roll-bar just visible sticking up out of the mud.....
That's why the E10 is going in first- the E27 can pull it out!
Under the silt which I will push out the way first, it's remarkably firm. We shall see, I'm used to working in situations like this anyhow. I remember once I had my old Shaeff in a bog on four sleepers digging a V-ditch to drain. It was a lovely hot day and I was in shorts and sandals. I got off for a piss, onto a sleeper, and that particular sleeped sunk down enough for me to feel warm water all the way up to my calves!
I'm loving this pump- being submersible and very quick to prime, it's a joy to unblock and use as the levels drop. SO much easier than faffing around with a petrol pump. Got to say, a hydraulic 4" trash pump would be lovely, but I'd turn the stream black and have the environment agency breathing down my neck in five minutes flat.
Looing good now.

Did you use any special fittings or just run it straight off the E10?

First rule of getting in a pond, make sure you’ve got a bigger machine on the bank waiting! 😬, or at the least have access to one in a hurry.

this is the 4", chops up the debris no bother so no having to de-clog. Poor fish!

Fearsome amount of water it shifts at full chat.

Straight off the E10 as the aux flow is around 20l/min. Mine has the extra oil coiler on it but it shouldn't matter if it didn't running a pump underwater- best heatsink there is!
