I had a breaker on the 100C last week, it came out with 1/2” both sides. Didn’t seem to make any difference to the breaker, it tore through some substantial and very hard sections. We also hired in a Rhino 7000 and it struggled with some of the concrete even when it was broken down to six or seven inch lumps.
Common enough to run 1/2 fittings especially hire fleets as they are a lot cheaper, 3/4 fittings last an awful lot longer though provided they don't get ran over.
