I am involved in planning the construction of a small industrial facility (warehouse/production plant) and I am facing the issue of steadily rising costs of building materials and labor. We are trying to find a balance between construction costs, project execution speed, and the long-term durability of the building, but in practice this is quite challenging.
This made me wonder which solutions have proven to be the most cost-effective in such projects.
Is it more economical to go with prefabricated systems, traditional construction, or hybrid solutions when the goal is to optimize both cost and construction speed?
Any advice or practical experience would be greatly appreciated.
