Hitachi zx210/3 hydraulic fault

Got a sick zx210, hydraulic problems, was working fine then hydraulics went, everything still works just at a crawl and only one at a time, pump was reconned last year, all pump pressures are fine, anybody had this before, thanks

Line have been blown through, main relief valve swapped for a known good one

not MRV ... LS system ...very unlikely to be the line ..... there will be a tiny orifice feeding the line --- like tiny ... mine is 1.0/0.6mm reduction coming out the main valve block.. only needs a tiny flow, or/and possibly a PRV too ... had exactly the same fault some time ago ... took some finding... was the tiniest of rubber crumb blocking the orifice


if it ever did it again - would be the first thing i'd look at

Machine now working, must have been a bit of dirty somewhere near main relief valve, it was taken out a few times for checking and flushing, was put back in 5th time all working now
