oh aye .... too many monkeys on hereWrong bloke.you mean @Monkeybusiness
It’s looking more and more like I’m going to get my arse kicked by them tbh - it’s not NFU involved with my cherry picker dilemma (I do have insurance with NFU for vehicles/tractors/house/smallholding, but have plant with a well known Staffordshire based digging machine manufacturer who haven’t yet agreed to my claim…)so are they ''kicking arse'' for you with the cherry picker, Dan?
I cancelled all my policy’s with said yellow digger company when it took them over a week to call me back to amend my policy… made me think wtf they gonna do when I needed to claim??!!It’s looking more and more like I’m going to get my arse kicked by them tbh - it’s not NFU involved with my cherry picker dilemma (I do have insurance with NFU for vehicles/tractors/house/smallholding, but have plant with a well known Staffordshire based digging machine manufacturer who haven’t yet agreed to my claim…)
I’ll report more when I’m clearer as to what is happening. At present I am quite fed up with it all!

My insurers (JCB) have accepted the claim (after suggesting they might not due to elapsed time/late notification) and have instructed a solicitor to pursue the haulage firm. No money has been paid to anybody yet.Is there an update on this?
Even combined it's also considerably less than the cost of an 80 roller! Win win.So I’ve been talking with jewsons and they have a insurance waiver, just pay the excess if it’s stolen, makes hiring small stuff on occasion much easier/cheaper!
£120/week for 80roller insured - just pay £500 excess if it’s nicked(which is less than a annual hired in plant policy anyway!)
