so are they ''kicking arse'' for you with the cherry picker, Dan?
It’s looking more and more like I’m going to get my arse kicked by them tbh - it’s not NFU involved with my cherry picker dilemma (I do have insurance with NFU for vehicles/tractors/house/smallholding, but have plant with a well known Staffordshire based digging machine manufacturer who haven’t yet agreed to my claim…)
I’ll report more when I’m clearer as to what is happening. At present I am quite fed up with it all!

I cancelled all my policy’s with said yellow digger company when it took them over a week to call me back to amend my policy… made me think wtf they gonna do when I needed to claim??!!

So I’ve been talking with jewsons and they have a insurance waiver, just pay the excess if it’s stolen, makes hiring small stuff on occasion much easier/cheaper!
£120/week for 80roller insured - just pay £500 excess if it’s nicked(which is less than a annual hired in plant policy anyway!)
Even combined it's also considerably less than the cost of an 80 roller! Win win.
