Hi to everyone from Worcestershire.

I earn my living as an aircraft engineer and own a JCB 8016. The JCB is only used around the house and paddock. Our soil is heavy clay and with garages to build, driveway to lay and gardens to transform it was cheaper to buy a mini then keep renting one.

That’s only true if you do actually sell them though - hardly anyone does!!!

Very nice looking duck.

I have got a few questions regarding the JCB but unfortunately I have not got much plant related advice to offer in return. Hopefully this is no problem for the forum members.

Ideally I wanted a slightly bigger machine that can also lift bulk bags but I couldn’t justify the price tag of a good/reasonable condition machine. No point buying them slightly cheaper if you then end up putting £1000’s into them to get them working properly.

I was very lucky with it ... struck gold ... only one of it's type in the UK .... ex- factory demo and one careful owner op .. 'fore me, that is

Looks tidy enough!! Much like the others, I find it hard to part with any of my machinery unless it is beyond Dead!!
