Hanix h26b pin and bushes

Busy weekend, changed the king post pin and bushes, and boom arm bushes and pin, king post must of been done previously, very little wear, boom post different story, pin was very badly worn, all fitted back together, lovely and tight, with zero movement.

Last job is a broken wire on sensor fitted to the air filter, managed to solder a new wire and I’m getting an ohm reading, but I’ve no idea what the reading should be, and not sure what it is, thinking air temperature, any help on what it is.

It’s just a sensor to tell you if the air filter is blocked.

You’ll get black smoke and lack of power if it is anyhow. Don’t worry about it, just join it up and forget about it.

About a year, been doing all the odd jobs on it, over weekends when I’m back from work.
Been brilliant, so far.

Actually there is one thing not properly investigated yet, after starting, no issues with starting fires up straightaway after glow plug light goes out, but sometimes after starting the glow plug relay clicks rapidly, but goes after 10 to 15 seconds, only does it sometimes, I’m think loose wire, relay or timer.
Suppose easy to check the relay, but not sure how you would check the timer to see if it’s working.

That reminded me , one of the only things I did on my one in 4000 hours was glow plugs and glow plug relay .

Might change timer and relay, seem cheap on Amazon, less the £40 for both.
