Have a job to price very overgrown, a few dilapidated buildings that are to stay plus any rubbish to be removed.
Google maps are saying around 1850m2 as best I can calculate.
Machines need to go overnight as rough area.
Any idea on cost to flail and whether to put 1 on the wacker or try and hire someone in.
All trees and bushes to remain.
All arrisings to be removed so thinking Roro skips loaded with the Avant.

Does that 1 pic look like Japanese Knotweed?

This than half an acre then? You could flail that with the wacker no problem.

I’d stick the tractor mulcher through it, blend the asbestos/tyres/mattresses/dead tramps in with the vegetation and leave it spread evenly around the site to be removed as part of the topsoil strip…
In and out in a day, £2k plus whatever @Mogman wants to get my kit there and home. Plus your margin (make it as large as possible!).

Knot weed has distinct leaf shape and red speckling to stem fighting one stubborn bit at line keep nuking it with some licensed glyco every year
