I would say its have a blow over at some time in its life

Traces of green/blue, by grab handle, under window, radio area.
Maybe not recently looking at the surface rust by the hinge.
Seem to remember a while back people spraying the white cabs black, to make them look a bit fresher.

there other buyers buying for him ,so the occasional turd may come thru the yard ,went down couple of weeks ago ,lot of good stuff bit exspensive ,and a few dogs to be honest

You don't always have a choice in the machinery game if you wanna keep stuff turning over. Could be a trade in against something newer and though not ideal if it can be turned over for a few quid so be it.
