I’m looking for a rubber material to cover my garage floor . I’d like to get something like the rubber coin matting but I can’t get a roll width wider than 2m anyone any ideas of any other products that would do the job ? I don’t want loads of joins that might let water from a wet car to get on the underside of the mat

what size area are you talking Vin? X?wide x Y?long ....
was watching summat on you tube the other night - some sort of floor coating you trowel on - self levels and sets like ceramic tiling, without the joints

Size is 5.4 x 6 m approximately. I was thinking more of a loose lay system but open to any good suggestions . I've painted them in my old place but it didn't start to wear off so don't want to do that again

I'm not sure , what prep work would it require ? I don't want to go to the bother of scarifying the surface . At the moment it's a smooth concrete floating finished
what about the sort of flooring you see in hospitals - goes up the wall as a skirting too ... obviously laid by specialists

I like that stuff , they weld the joints . My brother in law does it but he's 650 miles away

That’s Altro flooring . We use it for accessible bathrooms . Also makes a good campervan floor. Still not sure I would use it in a garage.
Decent rubber interlocking tiles I would use, not the cheap foam ones.

Black CT1 the joints if you are paranoid about fluids getting through the joints?

I wonder if the "rubber" tiles can be glued to epdm ? .... do the corners up the sides like a flat roof and stick the sheet to the floor, dry lay the tiles to get them looking right and then use self vulcanising glue to join the two 🤔

Micro cement 👍🏻 I'd be wary in a garage with point loads tho.

Duramat , the link above do pvc and rubbber tiles . Says that both are waterproof . It’s the garage at my house not the workshop so point loads not an issue .

Dad's got the interlocking rubber tiles and I've got a few in my little garage ...
