A50 has always been bad for robbing fuel from trucks in laybys, but that's another level 😲 :mad:

Yard I used to park in had similar twice.

All piped down a railway embankment.

If someone wants it, they will find a way.

I’d seen this the other day… madness really! A50 is a busy road all day & night! But also strange how they didn’t have cctv in the yard? Or if they did not a very good setup!

looks like 50mm suction hose to me ... some big rolls of lay flat would've been easier -- if the pump was at the yard end - the suction hose tells me it was at the other end in the lay by

Would be a hell of a pump to self prime over that distance.

You can get discharge hose that looks like suction hose, it’s ribbed but not wire reinforced. Much easier to use than lay flat- that’s what I’d be using for a ‘job’ like that. f**k trying to get all the kinks out of layflat in the dark, and having the end flap around as you try to switch IBCs.
