, guides like that should be more publicly available, so people know the facts, though they may not like it as it wont fit in with their own agenda.The hmrc know where we are, (the users of red) they could send a leaflet out with all the details on, the cost would be a drop in the ocean with all the extra duty coming in.
This may sound like I`m pro the change, I`m not, but you want a level playing field.

Agreed, not had a single document from hmrc ref fuel change, if I didn’t read the news or go on social media and lived in a hole minding my own business I’d probably not know about it! Until obviously the dealer refused to sell me any red next week!
