To all of Abergavenny and surrounding areas.
The rumours that Baileys garage has sold, are true.
As from Wednesday the 3rd of August, Ascona retail will be the new owners.
With over 50 years of trading as Baileys, we made the very hard decision to sell the business.
We have not been selling our fuel cheap to get rid of old stock, as we have been receiving 2 tankers a day. We can not understand how the other service stations have not dropped in price.
All the rubbish you may see on other pretend Abergavenny Facebook pages are all guesses and maybes.
We would like to thank everyone, customers and friends we have made over the last 50 years, a big thank you for supporting the Bailey family.
Baileys Diy’s and Baileys wholesale will remain in our ownership.

made 'em an offer they couldn't refuse, 'praps ... or threatened to stop flogging 'em fuel.... must've been doing exceptionally well with 60,000 litres a day .... I'd have kept doing it for as long as poss., if I were them !! ..... a lot more to this than first glance
