Israel is only a minor oil producer and consumes more than it produces.
There hasn't been peace in the middle east for at least 3000 years - no reason to think the next 3000 will be any different.

I saw an article this week saying that Russia is now having to import refined oil as a result of Ukraine’s campaign of bombing the Russian refineries.
If that’s true the balance of the supply and demand situation will be upset which will be an excuse for suppliers to raise prices.

My FastFuel is 114.25 next week, I`ve not used them for months because they`ve been too expensive in comparison to my others
Best for next week is applegreen at 109.7ppl

Apart from the first few months, I don’t think my ukfuels card has ever been cheaper than my fuelcardservices/Motia one, even before adding the 1p per L fee!
