I don't know the price of a new one, but if I didn't already have one I would pay that for one, especially an adjustable one.

A brand new multione bag lifter is £19 more than the one on Ebay. It's a fixed one though.

How are you getting on with it?
If you are considering a bag lifter there is one on ebay ( https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/163757108461?ul_noapp=true ). Not sure how good a price, but good design as it has an adjustable arm for different sized bags.

i am not looking at a bag lifter at the moment loads of other stuff would take priority at the moment just ordered

and at £75.00 including vat got to be a bargain and tested to 2000kg

as for the foam filed tyres i have got the sales manager from McCoechy's tyres looking in to it for me got talking to him at the highland show and recons he can get it sorted for me once i get some details i will post it up

I’ve got one of those. As you say, good value.
Top tip, if you are using it on the tapered part of the fork make sure the screws are very tight. You can guess how I found this to be important.

i was thinking about putting a drill mark in the forks for the screws to sit in that would help with keeping in place

i made up some thing from a bit of 4" box and an old sine post for uncoiling cables works well and for the price of a couple of m16 nuts and bolts saved a load of work the cable had to go on to a high level cable tray and weighed about 1/2 a ton

I do think the Avant looks well built, but not sure about the offset boom design. It appears the multi machines have better lift capabilities for their size, plus bigger hydraulic flow, but the over-styled body work puts me off a bit. I’d like to know how the build quality compares?

Giant and norcar do these compacts loaders without all the styling and the seat over the engine like a full size loading shovel if that's of interest to you

I Might be abit biased but il comment anyway.
The boom is very strong on the multione compared to the Avant, the offset just has its week points in my opinion and what i have been hearing. The multione has a lot of plastic panels for sure, But.... Multione UK have a lining, abit like a spray on bed lining for vans and pick-ups etc which is pretty much unbreakable.
Best advise i could give you is call multione UK and they will arrange a demo at your place with a few attachments.

I have a Norcar which is all steel panels and conventional loader style with pivot infront of driver. I've been very happy with it. Use it on most jobs. The dealer, Andy Cox, http://www.norcar.co.uk/ is very helpful. As Aiden suggests arrange a demo. I think you will be impressed.

To be honest I haven’t done a great deal with mine yet but the one thing I can say is every time I take it out it exceeds my expectations.

The biggest problem is most of the video on the net is ether demo drivers at a show with no room to do it justice, or inexperienced operators. I am just getting the hang of it and it can really cover some work

I work alone most of the time and the m1 is a lot quicker than loading a 1 ton dumper with my digger by the time I would have got in the cab of the digger I am on my way back for the next bucket full. is it is better than an Avant ? I cant say I haven’t driven one. the 840s I bought is between avant models the 635 apparently struggles with builders bags and the 750 was bigger and wouldn’t run on my track mats.

Not heard of Norcar, but one of their machines looks to have the capabilities I’m after.

Which model do you have Graham? The a7236 looks about right for me.

I have a 765 which I think has now been superceded by the a series. The a7236 looks a really good size, mine is a little small for some tasks.
