Fire at Bicester heritage centre

Loads of local chat and gossip going on round here. Some say classic car storage is on fire...

Oh Sh1t I have just found a news thread which say 3 people have died there 2 of them are firefighters very sad if its true, People are reporting lots of explosions which are probably cars fuel tanks, I feel for everyone especially if they are peoples classics in storage, I would certainly want to know what caused it and how it happened.

sadly they should've let it burn - no amount of property is worth risking ppl's lives for, which they've obviously had to do - unless they were rescuing others

Watched a programme last night about the Bradford stadium fire, I remember watching it on the Saturday afternoon as it happened all those years ago, I can remember the commentator to this day shouting for people to help as he saw people on fire on the pitch, watching it again on tv was actually quite sureal and I have to say bought a lump to my throat. It took just 4 mins for that fire to suddenly start to spread. Well worth watching.

I watched it. Was so hard to watch, it was so moving.

Happened a few months after I got caught in a fire and explosion. Couldn’t watch it again.

I had only just joined the job when the Bradford City fire erupted. Horrible. The Bicester fire will almost certainly have been a "persons reported" incident, as no officer is going to commit personnel in a building like that, with highly flammables aplenty, gas cylinders and risk of collapse, unless lives were at risk. My heart goes out to all involved and their families, friends, colleagues and loved ones.
