Fiat hitachi Ex135

Hi.
I have an ex135 fiat hitachi with poor wiring.
Does anybody know of where i could get a new wiring harness for this machine? Hitachi have ruled themselves out already.
Is there any company who will replicate a full harness for a new one?

Has anybody rewired a machine themselves and how did it go for you?
Would be helpful also if we could find a wiring diagram for the machine..
Any info would be greatly appreciated !

never done a 360 but have done a self propelled 8t crane ... all worked fine including SLI system *
If my analogue canbus ever dies in my Hydrema it will be getting a full re-wire
at the end of the day 95% of it is all on/off switching on most machines, other than electric proportional control systems

Based in ireland.
The digger was working on monday.
Was tracking across the site and the driver said the cab filled with smoke. The wiring in the back of the cab had started to melt and catch fire, he pulled the leads off the battery and luckily it didnt continue burning.
The harness of at least 20 wires thick has been melted in 2 places.
A wiring diagram of any sort would greatly help in getting it back running... a new harness would be the best job ultimatley.

I’d not want to carry out a full re-wire but well worth repairing the damaged wires, even better if you stick to factory colours. Got the same to do to a CAT 312D next week. Oil seems to make the insulation go like powder and fall off leaving bare wires everywhere.

Tbh the way some of these looms are routed, if the melted bits are accessible and the colours are still obvious, go fora repair. That machine must be past 25 years old and the connectors will be brittle and bloody near impossible to get hold of if they break.
