Just to clear up any potential confusion, the press release related to Engcon supplying OilQuick with tiltrotators for use with their proprietary hydraulic hitch system. We won't be supplying these through Engcon - it will be an OilQuick product.
To answer your question, Doob, you have to separate out the flow you can get through the hydraulic connector (Engcon's EC-Oil or another brand) and the flow you can get through the swivel in the tilty. While these are connected - literally - they are different and one will limit the other. ATM EC-Oil stops at around 6 tonnes because the smallest hitch we do at present with hydraulic connectivity is the QS45 which is 6 to 12 tonnes. It also depends on the back pressure that your attachments will accept as hammers and flails are sensitive to this. To give you an example, a single 45 EC-Oil block will give you 48lpm at 10 bar back pressure and 32lpm at 5 bar; whereas a double block will give 62lpm and 41lpm respectively. The maximum oil flow through the equivalent tilty (EC206) is 50lpm.

There isn't (AFAIK) an OilQuick S30 (nor is there an Engcon one, either). As I alluded earlier, getting these things to connect at the smaller end of the market is tricky and, when you do, you need to be sure that your attachment will run with the available flow and back pressure. With Ollie
@Gunners sorting grab it's less of an issue because it's not particularly flow hungry, but if you have something that is then piping it separately around the tilty is the only realistic solution - this is what Graham
@Grahams is doing, I beleive.
