Dust suppression bottle

Any recommendations. There are a pile of Stihl ones at work with knackered pumps. They really don't seem to last very long before they won't build pressure. And they are nearly 100quid.
Currently have a watering can but difficult to use solo and uses a lot of water. Difficult when no access to water.
Are there any that seem better than the Stihl

Tried an eBay for £16 seems to work ok for my sporadic needs.

I think retail price is £265 plus vat, husqvarna do the same thing but in their colours.

I Should have got one years ago when they were a lot cheaper! I have a standard husky pump one and it’s turd, quite often just end up unscrewing the lid and pouring the water out

Thanks but needs to be filled from drums as rarely have access to a hose pipe and can go through 100l a day.
I can't believe that noone seems to make anything of better quality. I can find a Chinese design rebranded a million different ways or the Stihl version.

don't know what sort of flow you need, but have said before, elsewhere, I use a pump up sprayer type bottle to provide coolant supply to my magdrill, when using broaches ... can pump up enough to empty the 6lt can in one go and regulate the flow with a tap

Just had a look and there are some pretty serious metal pump sprayers available. Its only a trickle the pipe inside the bottles is about 6mm.

got a 10 or 12mm coming out of the base of my bottle .. would have to look, but I restrict it down to 6mm at the magdrill and a very slow flow, just to cool and lube the broach ... turned full on it'd be quite a flood ... got a gauge in the top of the bottle, but I rarely pump it up far

I got one from Brandon hire that was only cheap but is the best bottle I've used in a while.

They need keeping clean if you let grit get inside them the pumps don't last 5 minutes. I glue up the relief valve they leak too much and mean you end up pumping twice as much

I’ve got an evolution one free from helping them design their cut off saw. I wanted a gear pump that sucked or belt driven one but they said too expensive so this has a foot pump to keep it pressurised while cutting.

Just looked at the Evo one. Seeing as it's the pumps that go I might stick a valve stem in one with a knackered pump. Can then use a cordless tyre inflator instead of a foot pump

I'm tempted to put a valve stem on one then the little DeWalt tyre pump could blow it up it's a shame they have such short hoses because they end up covered in sludge from cutting

grab one and change the o ring. My ones not a stihl but that sorted it.
