Do they do extension plates for wacker dpu2540 .... its got some thump but it would be handy to cover some more ground and maybe make a neater job of 0-20mm with a wider plate ??
Yes I could get a roller but my work doesn't warrant one.
No I think is the answer. I think when we bought mine there was a paving extension kit as an option which was bolted on either side by the looks of it to make it wider but it must have been a different base plate as there is no where to bolt them to on standard plate.

Shame ....could do with being 1/2 as wide again for the fine stuff but then in reality i dont suppose anyone wants to be dicking about with bolts between different aggregates.

can you not get a bigger plate made up to sit the existing one on and a couple of clamp plates to hold it on?

my wacker dpu 100-70 has extension plates on the side, they are scary expensive from wacker new like £700 each i think! bomag do a wider plate one that looks good bomag bpr range 30/38 or 45/55

Carrying on from the bought thread.
Anyone clued up on them engine side?
IMG_20220907_181732.jpg
what does the pipe do that loops around the air filter housing? It goes into a rubber thing just right hand side of the fuel return to tank. It was out on the right hand side so managed to get it back in but the pipe that goes into the rubber is split (inside the rubber) but two little holes on the rubber do dicky.
Think the oil leaking is from the rocket cover gasket as it's missing on one side.
Have also replaced the fuel return line to tank as was made up of three bits and leaking at the base. The compression is still low but now fires up and runs alot better.
Also there is a Y on that return to tank pipe that has a small pipe and is blanked, is this just something someone fitted as they didn't have a straight connector at some point

could the first one be a crank case breather returning into the filter housing, after the filter ?

I passed a Sunbelt 8 wheeler plant wagon, on the M62 yesterday and it was loaded front to back with WN wacker plates, no idea on the model numbers but all looked Diesel F/R, guess it was on the way to euros?
