I don't believe there is a Jake out there with that much paint on at 8yrs old that's photoshopped.

Kept inside as much as possible, as far away from the coast as you can get also helps.. Also afew of the flaky bits have been addressed over the years!

It’s built like a tank! You won’t break a broughan that’s for sure!
My only gripe is I probably should have gone for floatation tyres on it, it’s on supersingles and finds the soft spots like you wouldn’t believe!
But that said on floatations you’d probably push your luck even more and get further in a mess! And they don’t tow as nicely on the road.. so who knows what the best option is on that one!!

It’s a 14ton so in theory as big as your legit allowed onroad, yet to put it over weight bridge but I think it’s more of a 17ton ‘ ‘nicely’ heaped capacity. Off-road in dumper spec like above and you can easily get 20ton+ on it and it doesn’t care and wants more!!

Fancied a 14t one myself but wasn’t sure if 14t was 14t or notlike a 14t NC isn’t even 6cubic meters not sure what you would need to load into it for 14t to fit

Could I be a complete pain and ask for dimensions so I can work out the cubic meterage of it?

Built for dredging a pond. It's off a JD450A backactor.

Tbh it's been so successful that it's due a cradle and is going to receive the naff set of buckets and hitch off the 4 tonner.

I'm also going to modify the standard arm I have for the 015 to fit the 219 and will probably also modify a extending dipper I have to suit the 4t as a pin on as it's been very very successful.

Well yeah if you were going on the road you would take the time to pat it down a bit…

I think there's a middle ground here. Call me a tart but doesn't take much to keep on top of a machine and keep it looking fairly decent. Customer perception I think if your charging them good money it looks a bit more professional then turning up with something that looks like it's been dragged out of the sea dripping oil everywhere!

Quite simple - the bucket/attachment is the bit doing the work .. no need to be using the other parts of the machine to do the job! Battering your machine into everything around you is just damaging someone else’s property.

Preventative maintenance is also a good idea………..
