As the title says, did anyone watch it if not you can watch a video of it on line, it was titled "how to loose 7 billion pounds" It will have you ranting obviously it's all about Carillion and the criminals that ran it some at board level some were non executive directors ( just leeches) they should all be going to prison and maybe some actually will, please watch it and post your feedback.

if you've been following my posts on t'other, 'bout these bar stewards, you'll know my opinions already ..... HTF anyone can go on to re-employ these tossers elsewhere is beyond comprehension ... but they have !!!!!
without an iota of doubt they all knew what was going on and were filling their pockets before the s**t hit the fan .... many many of them should be prosecuted, serve time and lose assets under the seizure of assets from criminal activities laws .... w**kers

well there you go .... until company law in the UK changes drastically it'll always be the same ..... and of course ... bury the old school network/back hander culture/ etc., etc.

Absolutely ....... and they should have more than their bloody bonus taken from them ... seizure of assets from criminal activities is now very real ... and if their actions aren't criminal ?? what is ...... no question .... they lined their pockets to the max., whilst Rome was engulfed in an inferno .... and if they didn't know WTF was going on, they should not have been in their posts in the first place

Was a good watch in regards to everything can seem rosie on the outside but a lot of trouble can be brewing underneath the surface.

A lot .... a HELL OF A LOT .... I didn't see the prog., but having followed the Carrilion debacle for some time, it came as no surprise TBH .... there are several other major players in very similar dire straits ... interserve are on borrowed time, as are several others .... and a lot in the retail industry are in equally shitty situations .... House of Fraser - buggered... Debenhams called in KPMG today, after it "has lost two-thirds of its share price value since January." ..... the whole sector is in the deepest of tish.

Amazon opened a store in America recently....you can't get in without an amazon a/c .... and a smart phone !!
go in, take what you want and walk out ... job done ... it's all done automatically on the smart phone, without taking it out yer pocket ... and no sales staff in sight. ..... it's the future of shopping; that and on line, at your desk/armchair/where ever you want to be to shop

I don't know exactly why but I've gone off amazon a bit. I realise they can sell you anything and it's cheap as chips but don't agree that they can be one of the biggest retailers in the U.K. Turning over hundreds of million pounds of goods But pay minimal taxes compared to your local retailers. The money is going straight out of the country and we don't benefit from it. It's not right and I blame the hmrc for letting it happen. I try and shop local when I can. Plus this "surcharge for posting to the highlands" bull crap .

My sis buy 20kg bags of dog food off amazon and gets it delivered to her door £5 cheaper than if she gets in her car and goes to the pet food superstore 20min down the road and picks it off the pallet and takes it home herself. That can't be so. They are doing something that the honest people in the country aren't. If everyone did what they do what a mess we'd be in.
