Trying to keep scratches to a minimum on my u17. Anyone use self adhesive protective sticker/s that you apply to the underside of your dipper arm?

if so, where did you get them?

Get the first dent in early and forget about it is my mantra

You could use double sided tape and some chequerplate. Stickers won’t protect anything.

That's far too nice, you'd have to get a protector for your dipper protector.

Just seen this, thank you for supporting a local agricultural show. Makes the effort we put in well worth it, I've been involved with it for 20ish years now. Got a great team behind us. Any feedback you have would be greatly appreciated, good and bad. I'm trying to drive a bit of change as we've stuck with a lot of the same stuff for a long time. Interesting to hear other folks views. Much harder to see things yourself when you are part of it. Mellor plant is a newcomer to our show but they put on a nice display especially with Rototilt offerings. I wish I got more time to look round but seem to spend more time problem solving, something which to be honest I prefer to being the frontman. I leave the president those honours.

Comments. All in all a ruddy good show, will be there again this year it's as local as I can get tbh apart from Fylde vintage.... The horses were very good on the main ring our youngest girl loved it!
Always tricky catering for all ages.
Lots of great stands and yes I know Tom and the lads at mellor knowledgeable folk and there's not many that know as much about drains as Tom

Probably only negative is the tractor pull often run the best stuff late or last and we miss it due to kids etc but that's my fault really
I thought parking went very well considering sheer volume if cars and small entrance etc. well done!

Yeah car parking was a big worry this time due to moving all the traffic from the other side of the road onto the same side as the show. We moved the light horses (show jumping) for the second year in a row, back to a position we knew worked okay in previous years. It may move yet again with the purchase of additional land. I must admit we are thinking of tweaking the tractor pulling this time round anyway so will take the feedback onboard regarding timings on the modifieds and prostock pullers.

It's tricky like you say to cater for all ages and in a sense "townies" and country folk alike, our main focus is to try and educate people about the countryside. Trying some new things in the main ring hopefully. Working displays with commentry, that way people understand what a round baler is and how it works etc... Just hard to set up if the weather is rubbish. You soon chew up the ground that hosts attractions for the whole weekend and I'm sure the cattle section would be quite upset with ruts from the previous attraction.
