Digger bucket teeth

Hi all
So I got a new Rhinox bucket after using it for a while one of the tooth snapped/crack on the underside of the bucket. Has anyone come across this? Maybe the tooth was too tight or loose?

Well it looks like it’s got a broken bolt, which won’t have helped…

Had a bmc 1 few months ago. They replaced foc said they'd had a bad batch

Same with a new JCB bucket two years ago. One tooth fell off, one broke in half. Where it broke you could see impurities in the metal. Watling supplied a new one, it cracked across the back so welded it up with 7018’s and it’s still in use.

Looks like everyone uses the same supplier over seas as a common issue with same teeth from JCB
