I'm over in Lincolnshire, surrounded by vast stretches of flat farmland. Many homes here come with 2 or 3 acres of land that's been completely cleared, turned to lawn, and surrounded by fences or walls. The hedges are either torn out or totally overgrown, leaving hardly any natural spaces. It's good to see the techniques in these pictures, showing ways to reintroduce a bit of the natural world back into our surroundings. I'm planning to try some of them in the woodland area.
