I’ve been looking for a 1.8 and reckon the Volvo has the edge: very smooth.

Christ move some dirt with those wheel loaders Ian and that dozer. I saw a 992 loading ATD's last year in Regina, SK on a highway job loved seeing the black exhaust coming out of the dual exhaust pipes. And I've seen the newer 992G's loading big coal belly dumps at a coal mine, took a few more bucket loads but got the job done pretty quickly. I got to run this big Michigan loader one day last year at the gravel pit when we needed some gravel for a driveway approach, nobody was available to run it so I loaded my tandem instead. Bloody thing was wider than the truck box so I left a small pile behind the tailgate! lol
