Ultimately, if their return to the workplace could pose a threat to the wider workforce's health and safety, employers may consider not allowing unvaccinated employees to return to the workplace. This entails a legal risk for the employer. Indirectly pressurising employees to be vaccinated (such as with disciplinary action) are likely to result in claims and will be less successful, ultimately, than the encouragement approach of sharing educational factual information.

how old is this then ..... " Adults who are fully vaccinated in the UK, US and most European countries do not have to self-isolate on arrival in the UK from green and amber-list countries unless they have symptoms. The NHS COVID Pass and Scottish, Wales and NI equivalents can be used to allow fully vaccinated adults to avoid quarantine when they return from amber-list countries. "
thought they'd scrapped the 'amber' list ??? green or red - end of ... totally confusing anyway

soluble disprin - warm water (or warm lemonade) and gargle, then swallow .... bloody brilliant tonsil/throat pain killer and can administer slowly as required
for a nights sleep .. 2x500mgs of paracetamol + 2x50mgs of tramadol = awesome relief / new body:giggle:
