Working until told to stop. Would be useful if I can get swamp city finished in the next 2 weeks. Doesnt look like lock down is going so well in Italy so I do think Boris might stretch it out for as long as he can. There is a controlled shut down of trains and buses going on so it could still come in the next 2 weeks.Are we out to work tomorrow in the UK? How long until lock down comes here

I have a job for two guys down at Aberfeldy this week coming which would be staying away and wondering if I should cancel it or carry on until told to stop. I wouldn't like the two guys to get stuck down there

they really f***ed the self employed over didn't they.. God knows how that gets dealt with, its a nightmare. I would go on tax paid (sorry) and have a structure in place to give people more or less. depending on their tax payments, its the only way to be fair.
We get a grant, 80% of a couple of wages, my wage which is 11k a year plus divis, so i get 80% of the wage aka nothing. But mortgage breaks and everything i have to say Boris and his team have done a great job. I dont ask for hand outs.
We are working but fully expect a lock down, tbh i want it, I wanted it this weekend.The longer we try and work a week at a time the more we lose realistically.
Got offer so much kit last week, euros is full to the brim, people want cash! We are now offering recession prices for run of the mill kit, cant get kit out the country and the country is not buying, rather not have a 50k asset worth 25k in a few months, which is what happened to dealers in 08... rather the pounds in the bank at the moment.

Ye they have stopped camper vans coming over now but there are loads already over this place is pretty small for all the camper vans all sites are closed nowhere for them to empty chemical toilets etc, only passenger sailing for tomorrow has now been cancelled due to weather, people will panic buy more than usual!

As bad as a midsummers day.... People are treating it like a f****ng holiday with no shits given for anyone but there own enjoyment.
I'm very much a live and let live chap... But there taking the f****ng piss. Yes its fun in the sun now, but give it a week or two and watch the local hospitals fill to bursting with these vacuous pricks
Issue is once they have filled the hospitals where will the locals go....Sooner there walking privileges are kerbed the better!

Just seen Cornwall on the news.
That's exactly the same as up here, apparently here in wales we've got the least amount of spare hospital capacity in the uk .
I think there will some restriction in place before Easter, if not sooner as in this next week.
People have proved they cant do as asked.

I mentioned a little while back, friend of Pam's, she used to work with, had come over from Italy, 'fore this all kicked off in earnest, to have her baby and was stuck here ..... well they flew back to Italy yesterday, too frightened to stay here .. at least over there ppl are doing as told and staying off the streets ... Kirsty and her hubby considered they'd be safer there, than staying here says something, eh ??
