Such is human nature that what generally happens is people use the new rules to exact revenge on their enemies, punish people that have rubbed them up the wrong way and just generally be a jobsworth due to heavily chipped shoulder. This guys crime was having a nice time with his family. I'm mean really, if the mask thing was important the police wouldn't want to get close for fear of spreading disease, its utterly ludicrous; plenty of evidence to show that any and all restrictions have virtually zero effect on the spread of covid. This is all about people getting power over each other IMO.

Unfortunately it is a reflection on how nuts some in society have become!!!
Rules being set that are pointless and people blindly following them seems to be the new norm. I have missed my ski trips for the last 2 seasons and travelling to Spain for the summer holiday seems a distant dream still. We still have a long way to go before the unvaccinated go go anywhere let alone the unmasked!!!

Where I am standing the left seems to be winning just look at Canada ,USA ,Australia, and New Zealand and sage in UK all Loony Left prats. As for BBC showing a test pattern to censor the BBC was that for Postman Pat thats probably the most right wing program on it .Dont know what country you are in but to ban any thing on BBC is odd as it hates anything from England loves everthing from the left

Amazing amount of people still wearing masks, even outdoors alone.
Only a couple of weeks ago I was refused service in a pub restuarant in Scotland until I had scanned into the Scottish government test and trace app even though my understanding of the rules was they just needed a record, which they already had as I had booked a table (and they were only allowing bookings). Everywhere else I went was friendly enough and no hassles about masks or signing in although the vaste majority of people were masked.
