Convert from steel to rubber tracks?

Hi all, my father in law has an ancient Hitachi UE30 mini that is in dire need of new tracks. It's on steel at the moment but we have been struggling to source any at a reasonable price - considering its age/value etc. It's otherwise a sound machine that he looks after well so I'm wondering how easily we could convert it to rubber tracks? Would it need different sprockets and idlers? Or if anyone knew a good source for steel tracks that would be great too

Just went for steel in the end, as it was an older machine we would have to have changed sprockets (had new ones for steel tracks anyway), rollers etc. So there wasn't going to be enough of a saving to bother
He was tearing his hair out and ready to swap the machine for something fresher but was also stuck in the catch 22 that the old girl was worthless without fresh tracks! He'll get years of service out of it now so in theory spending the money was the best option, and if he does swap it it will at least be sellable
