Do these smaller machines keep cool ok on continuous flail work? I know a contractor up here had issue with a 14 ton kobelco getting the oil too hot on flail work

Had a couple of months in this last Winter and
this one has no problem with driving and cuting at the same time 😜 170 liter/pmin to the cutting head Independent of the wheel drive
it cut and grounded up everything up to 3 inches

I’ve just ordered a case/eurocomach 3T with a dedicated high flow line,Constant flow provision to run mulcher etc,

6 months build time thro….

The wee micro case i got earlier in year the build quality/hydraulics are absolutely 👌🏻

Am sure robustrack has a video of a eurocomach tracking & cutting hedge at same time no problem?

What’s ironic is my old cat 2 ton ran my flail better than my 6ton JCB.. I used to cut a hedge with it, it was down a reasonable slope so you could actually slowly track downhill and cut at the same time!
I do think my machine has had the flow on the hammer lines turned down because of the Engcon fitment, but the guy who fit it no longer answers phone calls/ email!(Scottish fella…)

Sadly 6 years ago he was really the only one fitting them… other than Engcon uk who didn’t actually have any fitters at the time! I’ll get J hull out to it oneday, I’m sure it’s something simple!

Yes, That’s the next 🤔🤔 Do i stick with engcon or change?

I just don’t see advantages between any of them? Which makes it harder to decide. Not interested in putting a gripper on either so that doesn’t sway decision either

As said many times before here, they all do the same thing just as well, it really comes down to support, in your area.
But if you wanted to look at bit of a red herring the Danlsh Compact tilt is interesting, I think there was a dealer in Scotland involved with them a while back.No rams like the Nox.
