Cleaning and sealing block paving

Got some conc block paving at mine 3 or 4 years old. Could do with a bit of a spruce up. I'd also like to seal it, was going to do originally but think you had to wait 6 month. Theres a guy locally who washes them and re sands not sure if he seals also. Im not sure if his washer is a super duper job or the ones ive seen were old driveways anyway but he looks to blast them pretty hard. Whats the craic? Best way to spruce it up without blasting it to death and best sealer to use afterwards?

stiff brush to get any big lumps off then mix up hypochlorate and and big splash of washing up liquid then spray it or watering can and let it sit.

Gets them like brand new.

Does it kill the moss?

Would it get the green off sleepers? Wouldn't expect immaculate but not slimmey green would be nice
