Viridor strap there 14 tonne Volvo down with 4 of the 10tonne ratchet straps all though the angle doesn't doesn't look steep enough but must of traveled a fair distance unscathed

I like those hooks on the webbing. Saves messing about with shackles.

Just make sure you get the right ones for your slings

Can’t see them lasting too well with daily use on low loaders.

Sorry Graham, I wasn’t trying to tell you how to suck eggs. It was just that the hook in the link is not the only one they do, they are all colour coded to the appropriate slings, I wasn’t sure if you’d realised that, that’s all.

No problems, I appreciate what you are saying about them being colour coded to lifting capacity. Actually very sensible. Luckily I only need 1t, so they are the cheapest.
Sarcasm probably wasn’t the smartest way to answer when you were obviously trying to help.

Just make sure you get the right ones for your slings

colour coded to suit sling colour and designed primarily for endless round slings ..... HSS also do them .... and I'd guess, any reputable lifting equipment suppliers
